We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $50.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products typically ship in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Standard Shipping Estimated Delivery: 5-7 days. It can sometimes be challenging to keep up with the high demand for our product. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly. Shipping fee is $4.99 per order.

We ship to all 50 states. Please note that we have warehouses in different countries, your order will be sent from the U.S. warehouses primarily, but it can happen sometimes we send your order from other warehouses out of U.S. when the U.S. warehouse is out of stock.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing care@beaujee.com We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Who pays for international import taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Beaujee has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Beaujee has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Beaujee is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

Do you ship globally?

We ship to UK and Australia. The processing time is 1-3 days and shipping usually takes 5-7 days. Shipping fee is $4.99 per order.
